- Go to https://www.support.mercuryworks.com
- Click 'Sign In' in the upper right corner
- Click the ‘Get a password’ link at the bottom of the page
- Enter your Email address
- Click Submit
- You will receive a status message
- Open your email and follow the instructions provided to get your password.
- Follow the link
- Enter a new password
- Click Change Password
- You are redirected to the homepage
- Now you can login with your new password
