How to Create a Ticket in the Support Portal

1. Go to

2. Click the ‘Submit a Request’ button

3. Enter the applicable fields

    • Email Address
    • Subject
    • Description
    • Severity
    • What are you writing us about?
    • Browser
    • Browser Version
    • Any applicable attachments (screen shot, document, pdf, image, etc.)
    • Captcha

4. Click Submit

5. From here you can do the following:

    • Enter additional comments regarding the ticket by responding to the email
    • Sign in to the portal to add additional comments
    • Sign in to the portal to track your item
    • Wait for the Mercury team to comment and process your request
